Located in Providence, Rhode Island, Brown is a member of the Ivy League and sponsors 34 varsity programs, with approximately 1,000 student-athletes competing at the NCAA Division I level. This full-time, fixed-term position reports directly to the Head Coach and is well-suited for a professional who thrives in a high-performance environment while upholding the Ivy League's rigorous academic expectations and NCAA compliance standards. The role emphasizes both strategic program development and the holistic growth of student-athletes, on and off the course. As a key partner to the Head Coach, the Assistant Coach will play a meaningful role in shaping the competitive direction and overall success of the program. Primary responsibilities include contributing to practice planning and execution, assisting with game strategy, and supporting in-competition decision-making under the Head Coach's direction. The position may also involve leadership in specialized areas such as skill development, conditioning, scouting, or opponent analysis.
