What You'll Do:
* Handle complex cases from inception to resolution
* Draft and argue motions, conduct depositions, manage discovery
* Collaborate on strategy and represent clients in hearings, mediations, and trials
* Tackle matters including contract disputes, business torts, real estate conflicts, and adversary bankruptcy proceedings
What We're Looking For:
* 3-7 years of litigation experience
* Strong courtroom presence and legal writing skills
* Experience in commercial, business, bankruptcy, or real estate litigation
* Highly organized, proactive, and client-focused
