Job Description
I am currently seeking an Attorney with 3+ years of Labor and Employment experience to join a very respected practice. Candidates must have top academic credentials from a good law school and have a good prior tenure. Some other desired qualifications are:
* 3+ years of experience in wage & hour, wrongful termination, sexual harassment, class action, and or other employment matters.
* Litigation in all phases of the firm's labor and employment practice, including law and motion practice, written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings, pretrial preparation, witness and exhibit preparation, trial and appeals.
* Researching and advising clients on personnel and employment-related issues.
* Experience with taking and defending depositions.
* Exceptional writing skills and strong academic background.
* Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex documents.
* Ability to effectively work with people, exercise sound judgment and establish and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Must be licensed to practice in CA.
