Job Description

Duties:

• Experience in at least one of the following areas, with a willingness to learn: Corporate Law, Litigation.
• Research and writing complex legal issues.
• Appear in a court, arbitration, or other judicial tribunal.
• Analyze and summarize legal documents.
• Negotiate with outside parties regarding contracts or other legal disputes.
• Identify and/or anticipate potential legal problems; develop strategies to avoid costly litigation and reduce potential areas of risk.
• Perform due diligence in legal matters.
• Additional responsibilities, as directed by leadership.

The ideal candidate should have excellent attention to detail and research skills and possess great communication and organizational skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 0-1 years’ experience as a practicing attorney.
• Must have passed the New Jersey Bar.
• Must be a graduate of a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.

Pay: $75K-100K ( commensurate experience).
