A well-established boutique firm in Atlanta is seeking a seasoned Trial Attorney to handle a mix of medical malpractice and personal injury/premises liability cases. This role offers the opportunity to step into active files and take cases to trial.
What You’ll Do:
Lead complex plaintiff med mal and PI cases from intake through verdict
Handle depositions, motion practice, mediations, and trials
Work closely with a small, experienced team that values client service and results
What They’re Looking For:
10+ years of litigation experience , with first-chair trial experience
Background in medical malpractice and/or personal injury
Georgia Bar admission in good standing
Confident, strategic, and ready to hit the ground running
