You’ll gain invaluable hands-on experience from day one—taking depositions, arguing motions, and preparing for and participating in trials. Your Role Will Include:

• Managing a busy litigation caseload across defense areas
• Taking and defending depositions
• Drafting and arguing motions in court
• Collaborating on trial strategy and participating in trials
• Engaging in intensive trial skills training and mentorship

Who Should Apply:

• Attorneys with 1+ years of litigation experience - ALL EXPERIENCE RANGES WILL BE CONSIDERED
• Experience with insurance defense, public entity representation, or high-volume litigation is a plus
• Willingness to grow into leadership or office management roles
• Passion for courtroom work and long-term career growth

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $120,000 – $200,000+, depending on experience
• 100% employer-paid health, dental, and vision insurance (effective Day 1)
