What You’ll Do
- Take ownership of a varied civil litigation caseload, emphasizing construction, general liability, and insurance defense
- Manage discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
- Draft pleadings, briefs, discovery responses, and settlement documents
- Provide strategic guidance on litigation posture, contractual issues, and risk management
- Contribute to transactional work involving construction and real estate matters
- Collaborate closely with seasoned litigators in a team-first environment
