Job Title: Cloud Applications Architect (Azure + AWS)

Office of Information Technology Location: Onsite Tallahassee, FL
Job Description Required Skills - 5+ years designing, implementing, and administering enterprise cloud environments in Azure and AWS
- 5+ years administering on-prem Windows Server Domain infrastructures
- 5+ years managing Azure Entra ID (Active Directory) and AWS IAM (RBAC, policy design, federation)
- 5+ years architecting/maintaining IaaS, PaaS, SaaS cloud models in Azure & AWS
- 5+ years designing and managing cloud networking (VNets, subnets, VPN, ExpressRoute, Direct Connect)
- 5+ years implementing and managing DevOps / CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure automation
- 5+ years supporting cloud-based data platforms (Snowflake, Databricks, Informatica, Dataiku)
- 5+ years developing and managing cloud tagging, cost optimization, and chargeback models
- 5+ years implementing identity, access, and policy management across hybrid/multi-cloud
- 5+ years implementing Terraform or equivalent Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks
- 2+ years designing and maintaining disaster recovery, high availability, and security configurations
- 2+ years working with compliance standards such as HIPAA, NIST, and Florida Administrative Code 60GG-2
- Ability to work in a multi-cloud enterprise data & analytics environment
- Strong experience with cloud security, encryption, key management, and RBAC
- Experience integrating cloud-native tools and services for data & analytics workloads
