Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Electronics Engineering, or relevant technical qualification.
- Proven experience as a BMS operator or in a similar facility management role.
- Knowledge of building automation systems, HVAC, electrical, DDC and PPC systems.
- Familiarity with BMS software and hardware.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work in a shift environment, including nights and weekends if required.
