Southpointe Staffing is expanding our team! We’re looking for a motivated Marketing and Business Development Manager to help drive client growth and expand our presence in key industries — including manufacturing, warehouse, assembly, transportation, healthcare, and office support.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Create marketing strategies to promote Southpointe Staffing’s services
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client hiring needs
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in staffing or recruiting)
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
