Job description:

LiveHappy, LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cannabis Harvester to join our Production Team. This role is responsible for executing daily harvest activities with precision and care to maintain flower quality, ensure accurate inventory tracking, and support post-harvest processing workflows. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented, and highly regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Harvesting:

• Harvest mature cannabis plants according to approved Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

• Execute both branch-by-branch and full-plant harvests based on daily harvest schedules • Defoliate plants carefully to protect trichomes and preserve bud structure and integrity

Processing:

• Pre-trim fan leaves and prepare branches for drying

• Tag and track all harvested material using METRC-compliant inventory software or manual logs • Load and arrange harvested branches onto drying racks or hangers with care and attention

Sanitation & Compliance:

• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment throughout all harvest activities

• Comply with all state regulations and internal protocols, including use of PPE and proper waste disposal

• Follow all track-and-trace requirements and quality assurance procedures

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with cultivation, processing, and compliance departments

• Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks as established by the Production Supervisor

• Uphold a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance in all activities

Work Environment:

• Work performed in indoor cultivation, harvest, and drying rooms

• Controlled environment with variable temperature and humidity

• Requires long periods of standing, repetitive hand motion, and ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Employment Requirements:

• Must be fully authorized to work in the United States

• All candidates are subject to background checks and LiveScan fingerprinting as required by state and local cannabis regulations

• Employment is contingent upon passing all compliance and legal eligibility verifications
