Cart Attendant
SmartTalent Lynnwood is seeking to hire several cart attendants for a growing grocery location in Lynnwood, WA. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working outdoors and interacting with customers as needed.
LOCATION: Lynnwood, WA
PAY: $18 - $18.50
SCHEDULE: Must have flexible availability to work weekdays and weekends

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collect shopping carts from parking lots and return them to designated areas inside or outside the store.
• Assist customers with loading groceries into their vehicles and provide help as needed with carts.
• Keep the parking lot clean, safe, and free of debris, reporting any hazards or maintenance issues to management.
• Regularly sanitize carts and baskets to maintain a clean and safe shopping environment.
• Assist with bagging groceries, handling carry-outs, or other tasks as directed by store management.
• Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth store operations and a positive customer experience.
• Other tasks as assigned
Required Knowledge, Skills, and abilities:
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Physical ability to push, pull, and lift carts and other items as needed up to 50lbs
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, organized environment.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
