Job Description

CCFP Administrative Clerk Location Greenwood, SC :

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF JOB SUMMARY

To provide support to the CCFP Program Manager/ Nutrition Coordinator

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

1. Compile all data necessary to prepare the CCFP Reimbursement Claims.

2. Assist in menu planning, assure menus are set up in spreadsheet, sent to printer and centers receive menus each month.

3. Maintain all records for the CCFP Department.

4. Assist CCFP Manager with filing, correspondence, Head Start Standards etc.

5. Input data in the computer for electronic food, paper and chemicals orders.

6. Assist manager with monitoring CCFP Program requirements.

7. Help develop spread sheets.

8. Assist and monitor with the department's supply inventory and related documentation.

9. Any other job-related duties deemed necessary by the CCFP Program Manager

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

None.

QUALIFICATIONS

High School Diploma or equivalent and at least one- year of experience, and training which would provide the level of knowledge, skill and ability required to perform the job duties above.

Knowledge of computer and software such as Microsoft word, excel and data base

Valid driver's license.

EQUIPMENT AND MACHINES

Personal computer and calculator.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS

Must have knowledge of basic elements of correct English usage, spelling, vocabulary, grammar, punctuation, and arithmetic, principles of letter writing, and filing systems.

Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks.

Must have ability to communicate with a variety of people and work independently.

Must be cooperative and display a positive attitude towards working with other staff members.

Must exercise discretion and sound judgment in the performance of assigned duties.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

Must submit to an agency issued drug test, SLED check, and state and federal fingerprinting check.

Must have a physical exam prior to employment, every two years thereafter

Must have a tuberculin skin test prior to employment (chest X-ray for those who cannot take skin test).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.47 per hour
