In this role within our Van Division, you will use your skills to perform on-site repairs for customers across the city.

Responsibilities:
- Accurately diagnose and repair cell phone issues, delivering high-quality service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide outstanding support by answering questions, offering expert guidance, and creating a positive customer experience.
- Actively promote and recommend additional products or services to support business growth.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to foster a supportive, goal-oriented work environment.
- Travel within your designated area to assist clients with their electronics repair needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in cell phone repair or a related field is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong interest in consumer electronics and a passion for staying updated with the latest technology.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive interactions.
- Reliable, with a strong work ethic and a high level of execution in all tasks.
- Demonstrated humility and a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Valid driver's License.
