Compensation: $70,000–$105,000 base + Bonus + Full Benefits
We represent a leading Michigan commercial roofing and building envelope contractor actively seeking an Estimator for their Novi team. This is your chance to join a company with a strong pipeline and a supportive culture.

Your Role:
Prepare precise bids for diverse commercial roofing projects
Perform takeoffs, analyze drawings, visit job sites
Negotiate vendor/supplier quotes
Deliver detailed proposals with clear scope and options
Coordinate with PMs to ensure clean project turnover
You Bring:
3+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience
Solid knowledge of low-slope systems and sheet metal
Familiarity with estimating software and MS Office
Excellent communication, detail focus, and problem-solving ability
