Job Description
A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Construction Monitor to provide exceptional inspection and construction monitoring services for long-term projects in the Wichita Falls, TX area.
Your Day Includes:
- Monitoring all construction systems to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, schedules, contract documents, and verifying adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Identifying defects and documenting issues with detailed daily and progress reports.
- Providing thorough reporting on construction progress, schedule adherence, and system performance.
- Collaborating with internal teams and clients to provide insights and support overall project success.
- Traveling to construction sites and maintaining strong client relationships while delivering outstanding service.
Must Haves:
- 1–3 years of inspection and construction monitoring experience (superintendent-level experience strongly preferred).
- QA observation experience in exterior walls or roofing for at least two cumulative years.
- Technical expertise in exterior wall or roofing systems, including waterproofing, siding, stucco, and roofing materials.
- RRO or REWO certification preferred.
