Adolescent Wellness Academy is a mission-driven behavioral health program supporting teens and families through structured PHP/IOP services. Our work has depth and purpose — and we need someone who knows how to communicate that with authenticity and professionalism.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Content Creator who has experience creating content for healthcare, wellness, or similar facilities/organizations . You will manage our digital presence, lead video production for campaigns and events, and help tell meaningful stories that reflect our mission, culture, and impact.
What You Will Do
• Capture, edit, and produce short-form and long-form video content
• Manage and grow social media channels and engagement
• Plan and execute content aligned to brand strategy and community needs
• Highlight the reality of our work — the wins and the hard moments — with professionalism and discretion
• Support content creation for events, recruitment, and program initiatives
What You Bring
• Demonstrated experience in digital content creation and social media management for healthcare, wellness, or related organizations
• Video editing skills (mobile or professional)
• Creative storytelling instincts, with strong professionalism and boundaries
• Ability to collaborate onsite for filming and team involvement
• Portfolio required with application
