Monitor security systems and respond to incidents, alerts, and threats in a timely manner.
Conduct vulnerability assessments, penetration testing support, and security audits.
Implement endpoint, network, and application security solutions.
Manage IAM, access controls, and identity governance.
Secure cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP following best practices.
Integrate security tools into CI/CD pipelines (DevSecOps).
Investigate security incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with security standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, CIS).
Collaborate with DevOps, application, and infrastructure teams to embed security by design.
Maintain documentation for security architecture, policies, and procedures.
Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Cyber Security, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Strong understanding of network security (firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs, WAF).
Experience with security tools such as SIEM (Splunk, Sentinel), EDR/XDR, DLP , vulnerability scanners (Nessus, Qualys).
Knowledge of IAM, MFA, SSO , and directory services.
Hands-on experience with cloud security services (AWS Security Hub, Azure Defender, GCP Security).
Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Understanding of application security principles and OWASP Top 10.
Strong incident response, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
