We are seeking to hire a Day Porter IV in Nashville, TN.

📍 Location: Nashville, United States
⏰ Work Mode: Work From Office
💼 Role: Day Porter IV
Pay Scale: $38, 305 – $47, 894 (Dependent on Experience)

What You'll Do:
∙ Public areas are to be continuously policed and picked up throughout the day for removal of all litter, damp
mopping spillages, emptying of trash receptacles, and removal of spots from wall and column surfaces.
∙ Inspect all public lavatories per shift for cleanliness and maintenance of an adequate supply of toiletries for
replenishment of soap, hand towels, toilet paper, sanitary products.
∙ Cleaning window mullions and trash enclosures.
∙ Collecting trash from office and common areas.
∙ Thoroughly cleaning conference rooms, lounge areas, and public spaces.

What We're Looking For:
∙ Minimum Required: High school diploma.
∙ 1 to 3 years' experience providing day porter or janitorial services.
∙ Experience with dilution and use of cleaning solutions for an office environment.
∙ Excellent customer service.
∙ Must thrive in a fast-paced paced innovative environment while remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient.
