Join Southern Shade Tree Co, a leading full-service landscaping and tree service provider with over 50 years of experience in exceeding client expectations in the Carolinas. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a reliable Class A CDL Tandem Dump Truck Driver to haul and deliver materials to job sites. Position includes operating dumping mechanisms, securing loads, and safely spreading materials as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Haul and transport materials using a tandem dump truck
- Load, dump, and spread materials according to project specifications
- Perform daily truck inspections and follow all safety procedures
- Assist crews with general labor tasks (shoveling, raking, digging, loading/unloading)
- Complete required paperwork (trip tickets, inspections, timecards)
- Communicate with supervisor and team to coordinate work
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Dump truck experience preferred
- Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors
- Strong safety awareness and reliability
