The Role:
You will be responsible for :
- Working as a part of a multidisciplinary team to translate the ideas and plans for buildings into actual structures.
- Overseeing workplace health and safety and ensuring it is in line with internal guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Ensuring the delivery of high quality of mechanical, electrical and plumbing construction work, in line with project cost, schedules and timelines.
Ideal Profile:
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (3–5 years minimum) as an Electrical Estimator in commercial, industrial, or large-scale residential construction.
- Proficiency with estimating software (such as Accubid, ConEst, McCormick, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of electrical codes, systems, and construction practices.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Licensed electrician (journeyman or master) or equivalent field experience (a plus but not required).
- OSHA certification or familiarity with construction safety standards is beneficial.
