- Proficiency in using estimating tools, especially Bluebeam.
- Strong grasp of project management principles including scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
- Excellent negotiation skills with contractors and suppliers.
- Spanish fluency is advantageous, though not mandatory.
- Familiarity with on-site operations and safety practices.
