We’re hiring an Entry-Level Event Assistant to join our fun, fast-paced team! This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event marketing, promotions, and community engagement while developing valuable professional skills.
No experience? No problem! We provide paid training , one-on-one coaching, and plenty of opportunities to grow into leadership roles.
Support a wide range of live events, brand promotions, and community initiatives
Assist with event logistics, vendor setup, and inventory management
Interact with vendors, sponsors, and attendees to ensure smooth event operations
Help manage event materials, signage, and promotional displays
Provide on-site support including registration, guest assistance, and information sharing
Collaborate with the marketing team to help promote upcoming events
Contribute creative ideas to enhance the attendee experience and increase engagement
Strong communication and organizational skills
Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Flexible availability — able to work evenings or weekends during events
Desire to learn and grow in event marketing and promotions
Paid training and mentorship from experienced event professionals
Hands-on experience in event marketing and brand representation
