Event Marketer (Temporary, Immediate Start) — Ultra-Luxury Hospitality Launch

Location: Bronx, NY Little Italy
Primary Event: Nostalgique's Launch at The Windrose, October 18th, 2025
Schedule: Friday–Tuesday, 10:00 am – 6:00 pm
Duration: Temporary (3 months from hire; top talent may be promoted to full-time within 30–60 days)

About the Role:
We’re seeking an energetic, polished, and results-driven Event Marketer to join us immediately. You’ll be on the front lines, representing our brand at the Windrose launch event and throughout our target marketing zones. This is a unique opportunity to make your mark at a high-profile event and help drive our success from day one.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Nostalgique at the Windrose launch event on October 18th, 2025
  • Execute in-person and digital marketing campaigns in designated Marketing Zones (Bronx, Little Italy)
  • Master and deliver field scripts that reflect our premium, eco-conscious brand values
  • Attract, engage, and educate prospective members at luxury events and community activations
  • Promote digital sign-ups and RSVPs—no print materials, supporting our green initiative
  • Track outreach metrics and provide feedback to leadership
  • Attend regular Zoom or Google meetings to streamline communication and align with the team
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure a flawless launch and ongoing success

Who You Are:

  • Charismatic, respectful, and passionate about luxury experiences and sustainability
  • Excellent communicator—well-informed and persuasive
  • Skilled at drawing and engaging crowds in a professional, high-end setting
  • Digitally savvy; comfortable with QR codes, digital brochures, and online sign-ups
  • Flexible and reliable—able to work the Friday–Tuesday, 11am–7pm schedule
  • Comfortable using Zoom or Google Meet for team meetings and updates
  • Eager to learn and thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment
