Join us as our new Fermentation Operator This role is integral to creating high quality products and delivering them to our customers on time. In this role you\'ll make an impact by: Setting up, operating, and performing basic troubleshooting of production equipment (forklifts, mixers, fillers, conveyors, labelers, utility, and safety equipment) for an entire production line without the requirement of supervision. Managing manufacturing and packaging operations for your production line including the delegation of tasks as appropriate and identifying and supporting safety concerns and daily issues for Operators. Providing clear, concise, and complete communication when giving directions and in answering questions about your production line. Seeking help from supporting departments and resources if you are behind schedule or as needed. Generating and assisting with the completion of all paperwork for your responsible production line. Revising and maintaining production line SOPs with current best practices. Maintaining the production line you are responsible for by using quality standards. To succeed you must hold: HS diploma or equivalent Ability to follow instructions, details in Standard Operating Procedures (SOP\'s) and work independently as needed Working knowledge of production equipment, understanding of manufacturing processes, previous experience, farm experience and/or forklift experience are preferred Physical ability to perform all tasks related to the position, including the ability to walk, bend, twist, climb stairs/ladders, and lift 55 pounds unassisted Ability to pass Respirator Fit Test and able to wear a full-face respirator Ability to work at heights and in changing environmental conditions (heat, cold, dusty, or high humidity) Ability to enter and perform work in confined spaces Ability to operate a forklift, man lift, and other motorized vehicles Flexibility to support multiple locations including our New Berlin site Location: Milwaukee, WI Application deadline: December 31, 2025 Expected salary range: \$19/hr to \$21/hr Benefits you will enjoy: 401(k) with up to a 9% company contribution Minimum of 3 weeks of vacation plus 12 holidays and 2 weeks of Wellness Time Health, Dental, Vision & Life insurance Healthcare savings account option Employee assistance program Parental leave Tuition reimbursement All benefits...
