Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support migration from Bamboo to Bitbucket Pipelines.
- Assist squads in updating and optimizing CI/CD workflows.
- Help design and implement change management templates in GitHub Actions.
- Provide hands-on support and coaching to engineering teams during transition.
- Troubleshoot and resolve pipeline issues across multiple squads.
- Guide teams in leveraging GitHub Copilot to improve workflow automation, code quality, and developer productivity.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong hands-on experience with Bamboo, Bitbucket Pipelines, GitHub Actions, and GitHub Copilot.
- Proven track record of CI/CD pipeline migration and automation.
- Solid understanding of change management processes within DevOps.
- Ability to create and customize workflow templates in GitHub Actions.
- Demonstrated expertise in using GitHub Copilot for workflow optimization and code generation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills; comfortable working cross-functionally and adapting quickly to team needs.
- Previous experience as a floating resource or consultant across multiple teams is a plus.
Other Requirements:
- Available immediately for a 3-month contract.
- Able to work independently and manage priorities across squads.
