Job Description

The Golf Cart Attendant supports daily golf operations by staging, cleaning, and maintaining the golf cart fleet; greeting guests; and ensuring a smooth, friendly experience from arrival to departure. This role is active and outdoors, ideal for a customer-first teammate who thrives in fast-paced, service-oriented environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Cart Operations: Stage carts with scorecards, pencils, tees; maintain charging rotation; monitor battery levels and tire pressure.
• Cleaning & Detailing: Wash, wipe, and sanitize carts before/after use; remove trash and debris; report damage promptly.
• Guest Service: Greet golfers, load/unload clubs, provide course information, direct traffic flow at the cart barn and bag drop.
• Range Support: Collect, wash, and restock range balls; keep range stations neat and well-supplied.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow facility safety policies; ensure carts are operated per rules; lock and secure equipment at close.
• General Upkeep: Keep cart barn, wash stations, and surrounding areas clean and organized throughout the shift.

Required Qualifications

• Age/License: [18+] with a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Customer Care: Friendly, professional communication; able to de-escalate issues and deliver memorable service.
• Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality; able to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Physical Requirements: Lift/push/pull up to 40–50 lbs; stand/walk for extended periods; work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in hospitality, golf operations, retail, or facilities support.
• Familiarity with golf etiquette and basic course operations.
• Bilingual skills a plus.
