Founded on the principle of harm reduction, our mission is to help customers transition from traditional smoking to safer vaping options, ensuring not only a change in their habits but also an improvement in their lifestyle. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and a rich experience through a vast selection of over 200 e-liquid flavors and a diverse range of vaping hardware. Whether our customers are new to vaping or seasoned enthusiasts, we aim to offer them the best products tailored to their needs. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in visually communicating our brand's values and products, crafting engaging designs that resonate with our audience. Your creativity will help us enhance our marketing initiatives, improve customer engagement, and elevate the overall brand experience. Responsibilities

• Create visually compelling graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional materials.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms and marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize design ideas that align with company objectives.
• Create product packaging and labeling designs that attract customers and comply with regulations.
• Design graphics for email newsletters and website content to enhance user experience and engagement.
• Utilize customer feedback and analytics to refine design strategies and improve effectiveness.
• Stay updated with design trends and apply innovative ideas to elevate the brand's presence in the market.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a related field.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and previous projects.
• Excellent understanding of color theory, typography, and layout techniques.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset to solve design challenges.
• Knowledge of e-commerce and digital marketing principles is a plus.
