Job Brief:
SD Sparkle is seeking energetic and detail-oriented cleaners to join our growing team in San Diego! You'll help keep homes, offices, and Airbnbs spotless while working in a supportive, woman-owned business with flexible weekday hours and real opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas

• Perform dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and surface disinfecting

• Restock basic supplies and organize areas when requested

• Travel between job sites (alone or with a team)

• Communicate respectfully and professionally with clients

Skills Required:

• Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done

• Ability to follow cleaning protocols and checklists

• Excellent time management and communication skills

• Customer service mindset — polite, respectful, and reliable

• Experience in cleaning, hospitality, or home care is a plus (but not required)

• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Must pass a background check
