We are seeking dependable, hardworking Horse Grooms to join some of the most prestigious thoroughbred farms in Kentucky. This role is ideal for individuals with proven, hands-on experience caring for and handling horses, who take pride in working with top-quality animals. Candidates must be physically strong, reliable, and comfortable with the daily demands of farm life. If you are passionate about horses, skilled in their care, and eager to be part of world-class operations, this opportunity is for you.

Previous experience of working with horses is essential.

About the Job:

You will be joining horse farms that place a high value on their team members and are committed to providing a supportive working environment. This is a physically demanding role, and we are looking for strong, capable individuals who can confidently manage the daily responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Feed, groom, and provide daily care for high-value thoroughbred horses
  • Clean stalls and ensure barns and farm areas are kept to a high standard
  • Walk and exercise horses; assist with routine veterinary care
  • Support foaling, breeding, and training activities
  • Carry out general farm duties and contribute to the smooth running of a world-class operation
