Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work Onsite  with our client in Manassas, VA.   Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• These positions are for early career inspectors who will be responsible for reading and interpreting Engineering Drawings/Blueprints, complex wiring diagrams, and sketches to verify manufactured hardware is compliant with the requirements for hardware. 
• Inspect hardware to the specifications and make decisions as to the acceptance of hardware according to criteria. 
• Responsible for properly filling out nonconformance reports (defects) inspection tags, and other inspection documents as needed.
• Interfaces with the on site customer representatives (Navy On-Site team and DCMA) through product sell-off/acceptance.

• Hours: 4/10-1st Shift
• Length: Temp (12 Months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills / Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of experience in building/Assembling products (Mechanical and Electrical)
• Minimum 1 year of experience with inspecting 
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Solumina and Microsoft Office
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Assembly Process

Preferred Skills / Qualifications:

• Visual Inspection
• Good communication skills
• IPC-610 and 620 or J-STD-001 certified
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience presenting product to customer for inspection
• Build experience in the production environment, working closely with Manufacturing and Quality teams
• Ability to Read Engineering Drawings

• Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen. 
• Physical requirements of this position will need standing, sitting, walking, light lifting, and bending to perform the job.
