Embrace development. Submit your application today. What You Will Be Doing - Conducting adaptive reading workshops that strengthen phonics, comprehension, and fluency capabilities
- Creating individualized motivational sessions leveraging gamified literacy benchmarks
- Evaluating student performance data to improve instructional methods and identify actionable trends
- Partnering with engineering teams to assess and refine AI literacy platforms based on classroom outcomes
- Building scalable, AI-integrated content that supports early elementary students in reaching grade-level reading proficiency
Basic Requirements Instructional Coach key responsibilities - Bachelor's degree plus advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton-Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years of experience providing small-group reading interventions for early elementary students
- Capable of assessing reading levels, organizing student groups, and creating differentiated instruction independent of pre-packaged curricula
- Experienced with AI/adaptive learning platforms and able to respond to student interaction patterns within these tools
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship
- Available to work on-site at one of our locations: Austin, TX; Fort Worth, TX; Plano, TX; Tampa, FL; or Dorado, Puerto Rico
