Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist needed in Boardman, OR

Salary and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $73,900 - $111,600 based on experience
- $5,500 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities
- Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
- Deliver direct clinical care to children, adults, and families, including screening, assessment, individual/group counseling, consultation, and other authorized services.
- Collaborate in shared case planning and service coordination with agency staff and contractors; serve as a connection point with outside providers and advocate for clients when appropriate.
- Participate consistently in both individual and group supervision.
- Partner with internal staff and community stakeholders to develop new initiatives and to review, evaluate, update, and improve existing programs.
Requirements
- Clear and Active LMFT license in the state of Oregon
