Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist needed in Boardman, OR

Salary and Benefits

• The pay range for this position is $73,900 - $111,600 based on experience
• $5,500 Sign On Bonus

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Deliver direct clinical care to children, adults, and families, including screening, assessment, individual/group counseling, consultation, and other authorized services.
• Collaborate in shared case planning and service coordination with agency staff and contractors; serve as a connection point with outside providers and advocate for clients when appropriate.
• Participate consistently in both individual and group supervision.
• Partner with internal staff and community stakeholders to develop new initiatives and to review, evaluate, update, and improve existing programs.

Requirements

• Clear and Active LMFT license in the state of Oregon
