NMS is looking for a Mobile Phlebotomist.
Job Details: - The candidate/phlebotomist is responsible for venipuncture via the vacutainer method.
- The candidate will travel to the customer's location for appointments.
- Paid per event hourly.
- Bi-Weekly Pay.
- Some travel expenses are covered depending on the location of the event.
- DOT Certified Drug and Alcohol Collector a PLUS.
Responsibilities :
- Traveling to specified locations to obtain samples as required.
- Disinfecting extraction sites using alcohol swabs.
- Accurately labeling all samples.
- Maintaining accurate patient records, which include detailing any medical issues experienced by patients during venipuncture procedures that may affect the accuracy of test results.
Requirements:
- Proven experienced phlebotomist.
- Valid driver's license.
- Valid Auto Insurance
- Excellent customer service & communication skills.
- Knowledge regarding HIPAA/PHI law.
- Detail-oriented/sound organizational skills.
- Professional, responsible, self-starter with excellent attention to detail and good penmanship.
- Reliable transportation is a must.
- Must be computer proficient, have internet access, and a printer/scanner: to print, scan, and upload completed documents.
