Note: Accepting local candidates within 90 minutes of Lansing, MI ONLY. Position will be hybrid, in office 2 days a week upon start and there is NO REMOTE ONLY option.
Required experience:
- 7+ years of Database administration specifically on SQL Server 16 and upwards.
- In-depth knowledge of Azure SQL Database, Azure SQL Managed Instance, and SQL Server on Azure VMs, including their features, limitations, and best practices.
- Proven experience in implementing and managing HA / DR solutions like Always On Availability Groups, geo-replication, and point-in-time restore.
- Expertise in Transparent Data Encryption within SQL Server.
