Job Description

1. Docking with the market to confirm customer packaging needs, can independently complete the packaging design scheme, and prepare customer packaging confirmation standard documents.
2. Apply for material code according to the packaging plan confirmed by the customer, design detailed engineering drawings, proofing, and ensure the implementation of the plan.
3. Responsible for the actual matching of new products and new suppliers' packaging material samples, and carry out reliability test verification (drop test, pressure test, transportation test, etc.) to ensure that the packaging does not affect product quality.
4. Responsible for the preparation of the packaging sample book of the company, the standard filling of the customer's packaging confirmation form, and the preparation and maintenance of the packaging BOM.
5. Responsible for filling in the packaging standards of production orders and reviewing orders.
6. It is necessary to develop packaging materials in Endy and conduct trial verification, and jointly evaluate and confirm the quality, production and technology.
7. Deal with packaging matters (including incoming materials, production packaging training, packaging changes and customer complaints).
8. Development of new packaging materials and improvement of solutions to achieve the goal of reducing expenditure, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
9. Assist the Group Packaging Supervisor in handling other matters.
