Job Description
Nurse Practitioner Duties:
- Ability and desire to work in a Pediatric office
- Excellent communication, time management and customer service skills.
- Ability to work with professionals, and maintain confidentiality standards.
- Computer proficiency a must with EMR experience.
- Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Requires the ability to read, write and speak effectively in English.
- Ability to see well child care visits and sick visits ages 0-21
- Comfortable with mental health and adolescent care.
Job Qualifications:
- Completion of Nurse Practitioner degree from an accredited school
- Pediatric Nurse Practitioner certification required
- Completion of training
- Current and in good standing Licensure for practicing as a Nurse Practitioner in the State of illinois.
- 1-2 years of experience working as a Nurse Practitioner is preferred, but not required
