Note: We are seeking a full-time Real Estate Broker with 5+ years of experience to help lead and support our growing team.

Overview:

We are looking for an experienced, driven, and licensed Real Estate Broker to take on a leadership role within our team based in Georgetown, SC. This full-time position is ideal for a real estate professional with at least 5 years of experience, ready to mentor agents, oversee transactions, and support the growth of a local real estate development company. We provide all listings—no cold-calling or client sourcing is required. This is a unique opportunity to lead while staying actively involved in sales and strategy in a scenic, fast-growing market.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support real estate agents on the team, providing guidance and mentorship
  • Coordinate professional real estate photography for listings
  • Write and review detailed, accurate property descriptions for marketing materials
  • Upload and maintain property listings on MLS, Zillow, and other relevant platforms
  • Manage property showings and support open houses, including weekends
  • Review real estate contracts for compliance and accuracy
  • Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and brokerage policies
  • Collaborate on development and investment projects with ownership
  • Represent the company in community and industry events to strengthen local presence


Qualifications:

  • Active South Carolina Real Estate Broker License (required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of residential or land real estate experience
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Deep knowledge of the Georgetown area and surrounding communities
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects
  • Comfortable working weekends and adapting to clients' schedules
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-first mindset
