Registered Nurse (RN) – Ambulatory / Internal Med & Urgent Care Float
Location: Cambridge, MA
Start Date: January 2026
Contract Length: 26 weeks (opportunity to extend)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Pay Packages: 

• Estimated weekly total (40 hrs): $2,480-$2,705
• Local and travel packages available to those who qualify
• Weekly direct deposit | W2 position

Position Overview: 

This RN will float between Internal Medicine and Urgent Care within an ambulatory clinic setting. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in fast-paced outpatient environments and collaborating across departments.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Provide direct patient care in ambulatory/Internal Med/Urgent Care settings
• Perform assessments, administer medications, and support care plans
• Assist with triage and patient flow
• Communicate with providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow clinic safety protocols

Qualifications: 

• Active Massachusetts RN License (Required)
• BLS Certification (Required)
• 2+ years ambulatory nursing experience preferred
• Ability to float between Internal Medicine and Urgent Care departments
• Strong communication and patient-care skills
