Job Description Protouch Staffing is seeking a
per diem Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional care in the Boston/Dorchester area. This position is under
LT OIDs and requires experience with
HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) .
Responsibilities - Provide skilled nursing care to patients in accordance with care plans and company standards.
- Document patient care accurately using HCHB software.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members.
Requirements - Current RN license in Massachusetts.
- Experience using HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) required.
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
