Job description

  • Conduct online coaching sessions via our LiftTalk mobile app, supporting individuals and couples with their relationship and communication challenges.
  • Provide compassionate, non-judgmental guidance to help clients navigate conflict, emotional disconnect, and life transitions.
  • Use evidence-based coaching methods to strengthen intimacy, trust, and emotional understanding.
  • Empower clients to set healthy boundaries, improve communication, and cultivate self-awareness.
  • Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a client-centered approach in every session.

Compensation

As an independent contractor, you’ll earn competitive commissions based on your coaching sessions. Additional details will be shared during onboarding.

Ideal Profile:

  • Qualified & Certified – A relationship, life, or communication coaching certification (or equivalent experience) preferred.
  • Experienced in Relationship Coaching – Strong background in helping clients improve relationships, dating confidence, or family dynamics.
  • Empathetic & Insightful – Excellent listening, empathy, and problem-solving skills.
  • Client-Focused – Committed to helping clients achieve meaningful and lasting growth.
  • Sales & Retention Skills (Preferred) – Ability to attract, engage, and retain clients.
  • Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using text, voice, and video sessions through our mobile app.
