Hiring for our seasonal positions occurs on a rolling basis. Applications will be accepted until December 15th or until the positions are filled (whichever is first).
**Job Summary:**
As a Reservations Agent, you will create an Experience of a Lifetime for our guests by providing local expertise and guidance for our products and services using our reservation system. Join us in providing our guests an Experience of a Lifetime!
**Job Specifications:**
+ Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $21.78/hr
+ Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026
+ Shift Type: Full Time hours available
+ Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
+ Housing Availability: Yes
**Job Responsibilities:**
+ Answer phones in a polite, professional and timely manner
+ Create and update reservations for all of our services and products in our systems
+ Understand all products and services so you can effectively provide guests options that will meet their needs
+ Provide excellent customer services to all of our guests
+ Work together with other departments when necessary
+ Other duties as assigned
**Job Requirements:**
+ We will teach you all necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary
+ Desire to learn and grow
+ Must be able to communicate fluently in English
The expected Total Compensation for this role is $20.00/hr - $21.78/hr. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.

Vail Resorts offers a 'Hybrid' work environment where employees living within 50 miles of the Broomfield office work on-site Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and have flexibility to work off-site on Mondays and Fridays. Employees living outside of a commutable distance can work remotely from British Columbia, Washington D.C., and the 16 U.S. states* in which we currently operate. This includes: California, Colorado, Indiana, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Utah, Vermont, Washington State, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.
