We’re a fast-growing residential cleaning company in the U.S. looking for a sharp, analytical, and proactive Revenue Manager to join our remote team. This is a key role responsible for helping us grow smarter—not just bigger—by driving strategic decisions around pricing, marketing ROI, and sales support.
What You’ll Do:
Monitor weekly and monthly revenue trends across multiple locations
Work directly with our external marketing company to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI on digital marketing efforts
Track, create, and report on KPI's
Collaborate with our two sales team members to:
Provide coaching on quote strategy and closing techniques
Offer support with quoting when needed (especially for high-value or complex jobs)
Share performance insights to help them reach sales goals
Recommend pricing adjustments, service bundling, or promotional strategies to increase recurring revenue
Create clear, actionable reports for leadership based on revenue and sales performance
What We’re Looking For:
This is not an entry-level position. We’re looking for a high performer—someone who is sharp, strategic, and absolutely obsessed with results. If you don’t thrive under pressure, if you’re not comfortable owning numbers, or if you need micromanaging—this role isn’t for you.
We need someone who can:
Think like an operator and act like an owner
Spot revenue leaks and opportunities before they become obvious
Handle spreadsheets and performance dashboards like a pro
Communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in English
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales—but also challenge the status quo when needed
Work independently, take initiative, and drive performance without constant direction
Operate during U.S. hours and be highly responsive
If you're a top candidate who thrives on accountability, performance metrics, and growth—you’ll love this role. If not, please don’t apply.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary based on experience
Performance-based bonuses
Paid holidays
Long-term, full-time remote role with a supportive and growth-oriented team
