Description of the role:
This PRN RN position offers a competitive pay rate of $40.00 per hour, $100 new client assessment in multiple counties in GA. RNs will provide compassionate and quality care to patients in the home setting
Responsibilities:
- Medication monitoring, packing
- IM Medications
- Immunizations as ordered
- Wound care
- New client assessments
- Site visits
- Supervisory visits
- Case Management for Pediatric clients (GAPP)
- Monitor patient vital signs
- Assist with personal care activities
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals
Requirements:
- Active RN license in Georgia
- Previous experience in home care preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Leadership skills
- Attend scheduled team meetings
- Strong documentation skills
- Team oriented, works well with multidisciplinary
- Reliable transportation
- Strong commitment to serving populations of all ages
- 3-4 days per month, 2 weekend's per month (4 hrs each day for direct & wound care)
