As a Sales Arborist, you will play a vital role in driving business growth by combining your technical expertise in arboriculture with strong sales and relationship-building skills. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all tree care service inquiries.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calling, networking, and community engagement.
- Conduct thorough on-site assessments to evaluate tree health, diagnose issues, and recommend appropriate care solutions.
- Develop and present tailored proposals and bids that address client needs and project specifications.
- Collaborate with operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project progress using the company’s CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to recommend additional services that enhance client satisfaction and support business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, or a related field highly preferred.
- ISA Certified Arborist certification required.
- Proven success in sales within the tree or landscape industry.
- Strong knowledge of arboriculture practices, tree care techniques, and tree species.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
