Join our top-performing inside sales team at College HUNKS Hauling Junk & Moving® , where you’ll connect with inbound leads, explain what makes our service special, and turn conversations into scheduled jobs—all while having fun and learning valuable business skills.

🕐 Shifts Available (Choose Your Fit!)

1. Day Shift: Mon–Sat, 9 AM – 3 PM
2. Evening Shift: Sun–Fri, 3 PM – 8 PM
3. Part-time with flexible scheduling – ideal for students, athletes, or second job seekers.

💰 What You’ll Earn

1. $18–$25/hr including uncapped commission (Hourly + Commissions)
2. Paid WEEKLY
3. Paid time off + growth opportunities

🎯 What You’ll Do

1. Respond to inbound leads— no cold calling
2. Explain our white-glove service and value
3. Give accurate moving and junk removal quotes (verbal + written)
4. Handle objections like a pro and close the deal
5. Follow up until the job is booked
6. Be a trusted guide during a stressful process

💼 What You Bring

1. +6 months of sales, customer service, or team leadership experience
2. Strong communication, follow-up, and persuasion skills
3. Enthusiasm and coachability (we’ll train you!)
4. A customer-first mindset and a passion for helping people
