PG&E IT is a unified organization composed of various departments which collaborate effectively to plan, deliver, and operate high quality technology solutions. The Geographic Information System Center of Excellence (GIS CoE) has the responsibility for maintaining and operating IT GIS applications that support Gas, Electric, Power Generation, IT Fiber, and other functional areas while also delivering IT projects and solutions in support of company business goals and priorities.
Position Summary
As a GIS Project Manager you will be instrumental in managing the delivery of industry leading geospatial technology. In this role you will help lead internal IT and external program resources while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and application owners to drive the implementation of a modern and scalable GIS. This role is calling for someone who can operate independently while taking true ownership of their results.
PG&E is providing the salary range that can reasonably be expected for this position at the time of the job posting. This salary range is specific to the locality of the job. The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors. This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E’s discretionary incentive compensation programs. Pay range: $129,000.00 - $184,800.00
This position is hybrid, working from your remote office at our Oakland Headquarters based on business need. The assigned work location will be within the PG&E Service Territory.
