Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Small Engine Service Technician to join our team of mechanics in our service department at our Meyer Ace Petoskey North Store. Our service department handles a variety of small to medium equipment repairs from lawn mowers and snow blowers to chain saws and leaf blowers. This is an amazing opportunity to join our wonderful team!

Learn and grow with us:

• Bring your knowledge and we'll teach you something new.
• We have company paid training on Stihl and Husqvarna equipment.

What to expect:

• You’ll be performing maintenance and repair on outdoor power equipment.
• You’ll be diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical/electrical issues and performing necessary repairs.
• You’ll be communicating with customers regarding services needed and services performed.
• Like working in a fast-paced and fun environment? We are high energy so time will fly.
• You'll be on your feet for most of your shift (6 to 8 hours).
• You must be able to lift 50 lbs.
