We offer paid full-time summer internships for many majors with fulfilling work and opportunities to grow. To help launch your career we provide dedicated staff mentors. Youll also learn from senior leaders and industry experts. As part of the Federal Reserve System youll be connected to a professional network that spans the nation. You will begin in early June 2026 and will be based in the Dallas office.
The legal intern will be performing job duties typical in a corporate legal department to assist the staffattorneys. The ideal candidate will display strong communication writing interpersonal skills and will betechnologically proficient.
WHAT YOULL DO:
Summarizing and outlining legal documents and research
Conducting legal and records research
Reviewing legal forms for accuracy
Preparing reports and correspondence
Drafting memoranda litigation and other legal documents
Reviewing and drafting routine contracts and agreements
Other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU BRING:
The candidate should currently be enrolled in an accredited Law School and have completed at least twoyears of study.

WORK HOURS:
Monday Friday 8:00 a.m. 5:00 p.m. (40 hours/ week). Some additional hours may be required
