Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator/Contractual Recruiter
Job Location: Remote
Job Duration: 3 months+, Possible to extend/convert to FTE depending upon work performance
Hours: 8-5 M-F Resource's Typical Day-to-Day Tasks: - Managing requisitions
- Proactively building candidate pipelines
- Assessing candidate qualifications
- Conducting phone screens
- Presenting candidates to hiring managers
- Following the recruitment process, including proper use of the ATS and accurate candidate dispositioning
Must-Have Skills: - Experience in sourcing and recruiting
- Proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships
- Communication and collaboration skills
Years of experience: - 3-5 years of Recruiting/Sourcing experience
Software skills: - Microsoft (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- ATS: Avature but not required (must have some ATS experience)
Interview Process: 1 virtual and/or in person interview
Summary: - As a CBRE Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will contribute to the overall success of the team by providing customer service to candidates and project coordination throughout the recruiting process.
